The Story Of My First Real Book

Yes, it is true. I have started writing my very first book. And, I'm not going to lie. It's tricky. But this has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember so, naturally, I'm going to stick with it. Up until this moment, the only person that has actually read the words that I have put to paper is my mum. But now I am sharing this information with all of you and I couldn't be happier to do so. Without further ado, let me give you some brief details about the book.

The beginning of something great.

The book is called Rebel Hearts and it is high school based chick-lit. Now, it may immediately seem that this a cliche but, please, hear me out. I honestly think this book can be something awesome. I know I may be a little biased but I have done my best to create well developed characters and a believable plot line. This was made easier by the fact that I started writing this when I was just finishing Sixth Form. Because of this, I was given a massive advantage to coming up with a realistic storyline that I hope people will be able to relate to.

At the moment, I am writing whenever I get the chance and it is coming along nicely. I really don't know what will happen with the book once it is finished but I hope it's something awesome.

Every writer has their own nook. This is mine.

I'd really like to share an early extract at some point but I'm going to have to figure out which part of the book to share first. I don't want to give too much away too soon. But, yeah. I'm glad to have made this announcement. I'm pretty excited to see what journey this book takes me on and I can't wait for all of you to read it in its entirety, whenever that may be.
