There are a few shows that I really enjoy watching but do not see nearly enough love for. If you're looking for a new series to binge-watch, there might be something for you on this list.
1) Derry Girls

If you're a Brit and you haven't seen this yet, what are you playing at? Set in Ireland in the 90's, the show follows a group of friends navigating their way through their teenage years. There are so many laugh-out-loud moments that make this perfect viewing. Series 1 is available on Netflix, with Series 2 only available on All4. Series 3 is in the works.
2) The Durrells

This is the perfect show to watch in the summer and always makes me happy. Based on the memoirs of Gerald Durrell, the story centres around recently widowed Louisa Durrell, who decides to up sticks and move her family to sunny Corfu. Laughs and tears ensue as the family try and settle into this new way of life. Perfect evening viewing. This show is currently available on Netflix.
3) The OA

This Netflix original is truly a mind-bending tale. This show focuses on Prairie, a young blind girl who goes missing for many years before re-appearing having miraculously gained her sight. She refuses to tell anyone where she has been, before opening up to a group of misfits. This story is full of twists and turns that are sure to keep you hooked until the end. But be warned, this show was cancelled after Season 2.
4) In With The Flynns

This BBC is comedy is so underrated that I was unable to find a gif for it, although in my opinion deserves so much more credit. This story focuses on the Flynn's and the many ups and downs that come with family life. There are so many laughs and relatable moments throughout, this is pure comedy gold. I will say, a second season was made but for me the first is the one that deserves all the love.
So, if you haven't checked out these shows yet, what are you waiting for? You won't be disappointed.
